MRP Ⅱ Based on CIMS

MRPⅡ(Manufacturing Resource Planning)即制造资源计划,是计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)中管理信息系统的重要组成部分.文中以大批量生产类型的机械制造企业CIMS为背景,从企业生产环境、企业管理思想与方法、企业经营特点、CIMS运行环境等方面分析了CIMS环境对MRPⅡ的软件功能、软件结构的需求,提出了CIMS环境下的MRPⅡ软件的功能、接口及系统结构.最后,分析了摩托车生产企业CIMS环境中的MRPⅡ的实现方案,及采用MRPⅡ的“推”式逻辑进行生产计划,采用“JIT”(Just In Time)的“拉”式逻辑进行生产控制的混合结构的特点.

MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning) is the role software of the managementinformation system in CIMS. Based on the CIMS of the mechanical manufacturing enterpriseof the mass and repeating production, the function and the structure of MRPII software re-quired by the CIMS are all analyzed in the production condition, the management method, thebusiness features and the hardware as well as software in the CIMS. The function, the inter-face and the structure of MRPII based on CIMS are also presented. The design scheme ofMPR II in the CIMS of motorcycle manufacturing has analyzed. Besides, the features of themixed model of system structure including 'push' logic of MRP II are used to plan for produc-tion and business, and 'pull' logic of JIT (Just In Time) is used to control manufacturing pro-cess.planning; resource; manufacturing; computer application; system
