摘要
在分析国内外三坐标数控加工刀具轨迹干涉检查和消除算法的基础上,提出了一种适合于球头刀、平底刀和圆角刀的刀具轨迹干涉检查和消除的算法,该算法将刀具看成解析曲面,裁剪曲面由三角片逼近表示,将刀具轨迹干涉检查与消除的问题转化为刀具曲面与三角片的相关性测试.算法计算简单,并在超人CAD/CAM集成系统中得以实现.
Based on the analysis of many algorithms about the interference avoidance of NCtool path generation, the paper presents an algorithm of interference avoidance for machiningwith ball end, flat and fillet tool. Here the tool surface is represented by the analytical surface,the trimmed surface is approximated with the triangular patches, and the problem of interfer-ence avoidance is solved by transforming them to the test of relations between tool surface andtriangular patches. The algorithm is simple and effective and realized in the super Man CAD/CAM system.
