摘要 以1年生苗为供试材料进行盆栽试验,测定分析了晚松在Pb污染下的生理特性。结果表明,晚松可以适应土壤轻度的Pb污染(≤500 mg/kg)环境,1年生晚松针叶质膜相对透性随着土壤中Pb含量的增加和胁迫时间的延长明显增加,高的Pb含量(1 000 mg/kg)则使质膜系统受损严重;不同铅浓度污染下晚松叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量间差异极显著,Pb浓度比污染胁迫时间对叶绿素含量的影响更大;土壤中Pb污染能引起晚松体内脯氨酸含量的升高,随着污染胁迫时间的增加,污染胁迫处理的晚松脯氨酸含量都有先递增后递减的趋势。 One- year potted Pinus rigida were used as material in the experiment. The physiological characteristics of Pinus rigida under Pb - pollution were studied. The result showed that, Pinus rigida could adapt to slight Pb pollution(500 mg/kg) , but the permeability of the membrane systems of the young tree leaves was increased significantly with increasing of Pb contents in the soil and the treating time . The permeability of the membrane systems was damaged seriously with the Pb - content beyond 1 000 mg/kg. The chlorophyll a content , chlorophyll b content and carotenoid content of Pinus rigida leaves differed extremely in different Pb treatments. The effect of Pb content was greater than that of treating time on chlorophyll content. The proline content of Pinus rigida leaves increased obviously with increasing of Pb contents and treating time.
