摘要
以β-蒎烯和多聚甲醛合成诺卜醇反应中的主要副产物4-(1-甲基乙烯基)-1-环己烯-1-乙醇为原料,合成了4-(1-甲基乙烯基)-1-环己烯-1-乙醇乙酸酯和丙酸酯,并用IR,MS,1H NMR及13C NMR分析对它们的结构进行了表征。这2个化合物均未见文献报道,并且具有良好的香气性质。采用共沸脱酸的方法,2个产物GC纯度分别为98.8%和98.6%,产率均在96%以上,因此共沸脱酸比较适合这2个产物的合成。
4 - (1 - methylethylene) - 1 - cyclohexenyl -1 - ethol was the byproduct of the synthesis of nopol from β - pinene and formic acid. The acetate and propionate of 4 - ( 1 - methylethylene) - 1 - eyelo- hexenyl- 1 -ethol have been synthesized, and their structure has been identified by IR, MS,^1H NMR and ^13C NMR. The 2 compounds are both novel compounds, and have good fragrant characteristics. Azeotropie deacidification was used in the reaction, and their yields were both above 90 % (the GC content of the 2 compounds were 96.3 % and 94.2 % respectively), so azeotropie deaeidifieation is a good method for the synthesis.
