摘要
在用球铁生产曲轴的过程中,采用冲天炉保温炉双联熔炼,严格控制原铁液含硫量≤0.020%,同时在铁液中加入不同量的Cu-Mg型球化剂,进行球化孕育处理后,从本体取样研究残留稀土对曲轴金相组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着残留稀土的增加,曲轴的球化级别逐渐变差、抗拉强度和延伸率也逐渐降低。
The iron is melted with cupola- main frequency furnace duplex process , in which process the sulfur content is strictly controlled below 0.020% in iron liquid. The influence of the residual rare earth from the attached specimen on microstructure and mechanical properties of crankshaft is researched after nodularizing and breeding of different amount.of Cu - Mg nodularizing alloy. The result has shown that with the residual rare earth increasing,the nodularizing grade of crankshaft gradually decreases, the tensile strength and the elongation ratio also gradually reduce.
