摘要
模块化产品平台是一种有效的开发产品族的策略。这种策略面向消费者多样化和个性化需求,同时能够缩短产品开发周期,降低生产成本,从而提高企业的竞争力。本文基于模块化产品平台的概念和方法,探讨了飞机族(系列)机体设计问题,包括飞机族构型设计和总体布置、飞机族气动外形设计优化、飞机族结构设计优化、飞机族多学科设计优化等问题。
The use of modularity and product platform has been important means for manufacturing companies to design and develop product families. Modular product platform methodology can enhance the competitive advantage for companies by offering multiple benefits including satisfying a variety of market niches, reduced development time, and reduced production cost. In this paper, the concept and method of the modular product platform are applied to the problem of aircraft family design. The several issues for aircraft family design are discussed, including the configuration and layout for aircraft family, aerodynamic design optimization of aircraft family, structural design optimization of aircraft family, and multidisciplinary design optimization for aircraft family.
