桂枝茯苓胶囊对药物流产大鼠血浆和子宫匀浆血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响

Effect of Guizhifuling Capsule on Angiotensin II in Plasma and Uterine Homogenate of Rats with Drug Abortion

目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊对药物流产大鼠血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响。方法:采用早孕大鼠灌服米非司酮和米索前列醇造成流产模型,测定药物流产后各组大鼠血浆和子宫匀浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ含量。结果:桂枝茯苓胶囊组子宫匀浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ含量明显低于正常孕鼠组和药流组。各组血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ含量无明显差异。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊降低药物流产后大鼠子宫匀浆血管紧张素Ⅱ含量,促进子宫内膜的修复。

Objective:to observe the effect of Guizhifuling Capsule on angiotensin II in rats with drug abortion.Methods:models of abortion were made by filling Mifepristone and Misoprostol into the rats of early pregnancy;contents of angiotensin II in plasma and uterine homogenate of each group were determined.Results:angiotensin II in uterine homogenate of Guizhifuling group was obviously lower than that of normal pregnancy group and drug abortion group;there was no significant difference about the contents of angiotensin II of each group.Conclusion:Guizhifuling Capsule can reduce the angiotensin II content in uterine homogenate of rats with drug abortion,and promote the restoration of endometrium.
