火焰原子吸收光谱法测定四种中药中微量元素

Determination of trace elements of four traditional Chinese medicine by FAAS

利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对四种常用中草药中锌、铁、铜、锰含量进行了测定。精密度在0.2%—2.3%之间,回收率在96.7%一104.7%之间,方法简单、快捷、灵敏度高、选择性好,结果满意。

The amounts d zinc, iron, copper and manganese of fo traditional Chinese medicine were determined by flame atomic abeorpti spectrometry. The method is easy, rapid and economical. The sensitivi and precision and selectivity are high . The relative standard deviafio are between 0.2% -2.3% with the recoveries d96.7% 104.7%.The result satisfactory.
