百令对肾病综合征患者免疫功能及肾小管功能影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Bailing to the Function of Immunological and Renal Tubular of Nephritic Syndrome

目的:探讨百令对肾病综合征病人免疫功能及肾小管功能的影响。方法:54例患者随机分为治疗组(常规治疗加百令)和对照组(常规治疗),观察免疫球蛋白(Ig)、T淋巴细胞亚群、尿蛋白定量、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(UNAG)及肾功能的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,IgG升高,有显著性差异,而IgM、IgA无明显差异,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8升高,UNAG降低,有显著性差异,肾功能及24h尿蛋白有所降低,但无显著性差异;两组治疗前后比较,治疗组IgG升高,有显著性差异,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8升高,有显著差异,UNAG及24h尿蛋白降低,有显著性差异;对照组UNAG及24h尿蛋白降低,有显著性差异。结论:百令对肾病综合征病人免疫功能有调节作用,对肾小管损伤有一定保护作用。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Bailing to the function of Immunological and renal tubular of nephriticsyndrome. Methods： Fifty-four patients with Nephrotic Syndrome were divided into therapy group （routine treated and Bailing ）and control group （routine treated only）. Immunoglobulin （Ig）, T lymphocyte sub-group, ration of urinealbum, β-N-acetyglucosamidase （UNAG） in urine, Function of renal were mensurated. Results：The content of IgG were improved have remarkable difference and the IgM, IgA have no remarkable difference;The content of CD3 ,CD4 ,CD4/CD8 were improved have remarkable difference; The content of UNAG and urinealbum decreased have remarkable difference in the 2 groups. The content of IgG were improved have remarkable difference; The content of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 were improved have remarkable difference; The content of UNAG and urinealbum decreased have remarkable difference in the treatment group after treatment compared to pre-treatment; The content of UNAG and urinealbum decreased have remarkable difference in the control group after treatment compared to pre-treatment. Conclusion：Bailing have function to adjust Immunological Function and protect effection to injure Renal tubular.
