活性炭在几种植物茎尖培养中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 对活性炭在唐菖蒲、橡皮树和香蕉等植物茎尖培养中的效应进行了研究。结果表明,活性炭显著促进了唐菖蒲的每丛苗数、苗高、根长、根数与鲜重;除鲜重外,活性炭对香蕉有促进作用,但对橡皮树作用不大。添加活性炭可提高3种植物的每丛苗数和根数,实际培养中有利于组培苗的生成与移栽。 The effects of activated charcoal (AC) on meristem culture of the Gladiolus gandavensis, Ficus elastica and Busa cavendishii were investingated. The results showed that AC could significantly strengthen the seedling number, seedling height, root length, root number, and fresh weight of the Gladiolus Randavensi. Except fresh weight. AC could significantly strengthen the other characters of the Busa cavendishii, but could not apparently strengthen the other characters of the Ficus elastica. However, AC could increase the seedling number and root number, which was helpful for regenerating and transplanting of the meristem culture seedlings.
