摘要
随着抗虫、抗病、抗除草剂、抗逆境和高产优质的转基因水稻从实验室逐渐走向开放环境,转基因水稻可能带来的环境安全问题已引起了广泛的关注。本文就近年来我国转基因水稻环境安全方面的研究工作进行了综述,主要包括转基因漂移及其生态风险,转基因对非靶标生物和生物多样性的影响,转基因对土壤生物群落的影响及转基因水稻本身杂草化风险等方面,旨在为转基因水稻的生物安全研究和转基因水稻商品化提供科学参考。
When more and more transgenic rice lines are released into environment, including insect resistance, disease resistance, herbicide resistance, stress tolerance, yield increase and high quality etc. , there are great concerns about environmental safety consequences. This paper has reviewed the recent advances in environmental safety of transgenic rice, involving transgene flow and its ecological risks, non-target effects of transgenes, effects of transgenes on the biological populations in soil and other hip-systems, the risk of transgenic rice to become new weeds ect. , for scientific references to the corresponding biosafety researches and commercialization of transgenic rice in future.
