摘要
对随机选取的1.5岁左右秦川公牛、阉牛和母牛各20头进行肥育试验,经过10d的预试期和90d正式育肥试验。肥育试验结果显示,公牛平均日增重达到1.10kg,最高达到1.22kg,最低为0.96kg;阉牛平均日增重为0.98kg,最高达到1.04kg,最低为0.87kg;母牛平均日增重为0.96kg,最高达到1.00kg,最低为0.90kg;公牛、阉牛、母牛三者平均日增重达到1.01kg。屠宰试验显示,公牛屠宰率、净肉率、眼肌面积、高档牛肉产率和优质肉切块率分别达到64.54%、53.27%、85.04cm2、9.45%和53.27%,阉牛、母牛次之;三者平均值依次为62.32%、51.53%、77.26cm2、9.08%和50.65%,说明性别对青年秦川牛肥育及产肉性能有明显的影响作用。
Sixty Qinchuan Cattles (1.5years old) are selected at random to experience lod pre-experiment and qod formal experiment of fattening. The result shows that the weight of bulls increases 1.10kg (the highest 1.22kg and the lowest 0.96kg)and steers increases 0.98kg (the highest 1.04kg and the lowest 0.87kg) and cows increases 0. 96kg (the highest 1.00kg and the lowest 0. 90kg) per day in average. The average daily gain of all groups is 1, 01kg. Moreover, after the slaughtering experiment, the dressing percentage, the net meat percentage, ribeya area, percentage of superior quality beef and percentage of choice retail cuts in the bulls get 64.54%,53.27%,85.04cm,2,9.45% and 53.27% separately, and the steers and the cows are the second. Averages of three sexes of cattle are 62.32%,51.53%、77.26cm,2、9. 08% and 50.65%, ordinally; So there were significant effect on Qinchuan cattle fattening and beef performance with sex.
