呼肠孤病毒在鸡传染性腺胃炎病例中存在情况的研究

Study on the Reovirus Existing in the Chickens Suffering Infectious Proventriculitis

腺胃肿大为鸡传染性腺胃炎的主要特征,我国多个地区有该病发生,本研究用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测采集于山东省青岛、枣庄、泰安等地区鸡传染性腺胃炎腺胃样品中的呼肠孤病毒抗原,结果上述地区检测阳性率分别在75%、60%、50%,表明上述地区发生的传染性腺胃炎病鸡腺胃中存在呼肠孤病毒。

The main character of the chicken＇s infectious proventriculitis is a swelling proventriculus. It happened in many provinces in our country. In this study,a double antibody Sandwich ELISA test was conducted to detect the reovirus antigen from the samples collected from Qingdao, Zaozhuang, Tai＇ an of Shandong province. And the result Shows that the positive rate is respectively 75%, 60 % and 50 %, which shows that there are reovirus in the the chickens suffering infectious proventroculitis in the above regions.
