金黄色葡萄球菌荚膜多糖的制备及生物学特性 被引量:2

摘要 采用Cetavlon、冷酚、不同浓度乙醇沉淀、离心等步骤精制的荚膜多糖,用生物学、免疫学等方法分析检测其理化特性及免疫原性。结果表明:提取的荚膜多糖具有良好的多糖特性、结构特征和免疫原性。 Purified Staphylococcus aureus capsular polysaccharide was prepared by a process consisting of extraction with Cetavlon and cold phenol,precipitation by ethanol, centrifugation, and so on, then analyzed by biological and immunological methods, detect the physicochemical characteristic and immunogenicity of it. Results shows the prepared staphylococcus aureus capsular polysaccharide showed good biological and structural characteristics as well as immunogenicity.
