国产甾体抗原双羔素的应用效果

Effect of Increasing Twin-lamb Rate on Sheep by Using Domestic Steroid Antigen

本文简要叙述了国内利用甾体抗原提高绵山羊繁殖力的历史现状以及国内早期研制的不同甾体抗原种类及其免疫效果,并着重介绍了TIT双羔素的应用效果,分析了TIT双羔素对母羊发情率、受胎率、产羔率以及羔羊出生重、羔羊成活率的影响。

It is about 30 years to study and apply steroid antigen to increase the reproductive abilities of sheep and goat in our country. This paper briefly introduced the history and current situation, and early made some steroid antigens and their immune results. Futhermore, it mainly introduced the application effect On the different sheep dreads on the different regions by using testosterone-immuno-twins （TIT）, and analysed the oestrus rate, the conception rate, the twin-lamb rate of females and the lamb birth weight, the lamb survival rate affected by TIT.
