低温透析基础上联用左旋卡尼汀预防透析中低血压的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨低温透析基础上联用左旋卡尼汀预防透析相关性低血压的影响。方法:对14例经常出现血液透析相关性低血压维持性血透患者进行低温透析,在此基础上联用左旋卡尼汀治疗,并与低温透析进行自身对照。结果:低温透析基础上加左旋卡尼汀,透析相关性低血压的发生率由低温透析31.4%降到15.7%,避免了因症状性低血压时氯化钠注射液或葡萄糖注射液的容量负荷,也避免了因严重的症状性低血压结束透析给患者带来的不良影响。结论:低温透析基础上联用左旋卡尼汀能预防血透相关性低血压,可用于临床。
