定制射频脉冲在磁共振T2-FLAIR序列中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨定制射频脉冲对磁共振T2-FLAIR序列中脑脊液高信号伪影抑制效果。方法:通过1.5T磁共振对50例病例同时进行2组T2-FLAIR检查,一组不加定制射频脉冲,而另一组加定制射频脉冲。分析2组之间桥前池、小脑延髓池等处高信号脑脊液伪影的差别,确定定制射频脉冲对脑脊液高信号伪影抑制效果。结果:加定制射频脉冲后脑脊液高信号抑制明显改善(U=3.66,P<0.01)。结论:定制射频脉冲对磁共振脑脊液伪影有较好的抑制作用,可在T2-FLAIR序列中常规应用。 Objective To investigate the influence of TRF on high-intensity cerebrospinal fluid artifacts in T2-FLAIR MR imaging. Methods In a GE Signa Twinspeed 1.5T system, 50 cases were examined with T2-FLAIR sequences including 2 different optional imaging parameters according to the augmentation of TRF. Results TRF pulses significantly improved image quality (P 〈0.01). Conclusion TRF pulses was demonstrated to be better in the suppression of high-intensity cerebrospinal fluid artifacts.
