摘要
依照国际上通行的产能过剩衡量方法对钢铁、煤炭、电解铝、水泥和汽车等重要行业的产能利用情况进行了初步评价.并发现多数行业并没有出现产能过剩的情况。感兴趣的读者不妨一阅。
This paper measures the production ability and capacity utilization efficiency on the coal, steel, cement, electrolytic aluminum and automobile industries for the period of 1995 - 2005, and evaluates the capacity utilization on these industries according to the long-term international balance comparison.
