Rules for conduct of WIG craft and new development of collision avoidance obligation system

通过分析《1972年国际海上避碰规则》中避碰义务的形式及其分担模式发展的历史,对地效船让清其他船舶并避免妨碍其航行的避碰义务的性质进行考证.同时,对其他船舶在与地效船会遇时的行动进行探讨并提出建议.

Through the analyses of the development of the collision avoidance obligation patterns and the division models of the obligations in the COLREG 72, the nature of WIG craft＇ s obligation of ＇ keep well clear of all other vessels and avoid impeding their navigation＇ is researched. Meanwhile, the conduct of other vessels when meeting with a WIG craft is discussed and some suggestions are given.
