摘要
运用Stackelberg博弈理论,采用双层规划模型描述区域内各港口间的协调优化问题.一方面从货主方的角度考虑,货主的选择行为遵循用户最优原则,使自己的成本最小;另一方面从区域港口管理者的角度考虑,使区域各港口的资源能够优化利用,区域港口的收益达到最大.采用基于灵敏度分析的启发式算法对模型进行求解,并利用算例进行分析.
With the Stackelberg game model,a hi-level programming is developed to solve the coordination and optimization among the regional ports from the user equilibrium, by which the regional managers can take actions to influence the port users' route choice behavior to optimize the resources and revenue. A heuristic solution algorithm based on sensitivity analysis is proposed. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the procedure of the proposed model and algorithm.
