摘要
油田在用污水处理工艺不能处理三元复合驱的采出污水,因为这种污水中残余的聚合物、表面活性剂增加了乳化油的稳定性。初步确定了处理药剂配方,并对影响处理效果的因素(温度、混凝剂加量、不同有机絮凝剂及药剂投加方式)进行了讨论。最后试验结果表明,处理后污水的透光率、含油量及含油去除率分别达到99.4%,1.88mg/L和99.4%,达到了油田的水处理要求。
The available sewage treating process used in the oilfields can not be used for treating the produced sewage in ASP displacement, because the stability of emulsified oil is raised by residual polymer and surfactant remaining in the sewage. The formulae are initially determined and the factors influencing the treatment efficiency are discussed, which include temperature, the dosage of coagulant, different organic flocculants and dosing mode. The test result shows that the treated sewage has light transmittance of 99.4%, oil content of 1.88mg/L and oil removal rate of 99.4% and meets the requirements of field water treatment .
