SAURER-400 was imported from Switzerland. The distinct feature of let-off mechanism was that the feedback of changing diameter of weaving axis, the feedback of changing warp tension and the primary power input were synthesized and output on a component that was made up of arc lever and straight lever. The let-off motion can not only meet the requirement of weft density on warp let-off, but also adjust the size of warp let-off according to warp tension and change of diameter of weaving axis and keep invariableness of warp tension as well. SAURER-400＇ s structure was analyzed in this paper. This paper applied analytical method for giving driving mode, adjustment theory of let-off motion and deriving equation. The analysis method of this paper can be used for reference by designer.
