信息融合是一种认识和研究复杂巨系统的新的思维方式。本文在分析多元统计图信息融合一般过程及几种多元描述统计图的基础上,提出改进型雷达图表示方法,进而提出了基于改进型雷达图的信息融合方法,并将其应用于秦皇岛城市创新能力实证分析。

Information fusion is a new mode of thinking in recognizing and studying huge and complicated system. A new kind of improving radar chart and method of information fusion based on it are put forward in this paper through the study of general information fusion process and a series of multi-dimensional statistical description charts. Above all, the new method is applied in city innovation ability analysis of Qinhuangdao.
