大学城的聚集经济效应分析

Analysis of effect on urbanization of university city

大学城能够迅速集聚人才和各类资金,教育、科研、产业实现自然连接,成为当地经济发展的推动器和原动力。本文采用TanslogCostModel来分析大学城的规模效应,得出目前我国大学城的效应是规模递增的,对城市经济发展具有聚集和辐射效应,同时对大学城的发展提出建议对策。

University town is a new model which comes from the process of urbanization. The effects that university towns have on urbanization by empirical study and some theoretical arguments are analyzed. It has been proved that the university towns in China have increasing scale benefit and they have has the agglomeration and radiant effects on urbanization. And some suggestions have also been put out for the healthy development of university towns in China.
