基于F-P滤波器实现宽谱光源的甲烷差分检测

摘要 构建了一种利用F-P滤波器实现甲烷气体差分检测的系统。该系统采用宽谱LED作光源,选用甲烷气体在6 060.6 cm-1附近的梳状吸收谱作为探测对象,通过F-P滤波器选择与待测甲烷吸收谱匹配的探测光,对F-P的精细度和腔长进行选择,推导得出了甲烷气体浓度的计算方法,实现了系统的差分吸收检测。该系统进一步提高了气体测量的灵敏度和稳定性。 A novel differential measurement system of methane with wide spectrum source based on F- P filter is constructed. According to the characteristics of methane absorption spectrum, the honeycomb spectrum round the 6060. 6cm-lis chosen as the working spectral lines, the transmission curve is selected by F-P filter to match the absorption peaks of methane at the working spectral lines and the differential absorption measurement is achieved. The principle of the proposed system is analyzed in theory and the calculating method of methane concentration is deduced by selecting degree of fine and cavity length of the F--P filter. The measurement sensitivity and stability of the system can be further improved.
