韩国和我国台湾地区专利活动比较分析

Comparison of Patent Activities of South Korea and Taiwan

本文运用统计数据分析了1988～2003年韩国和我国台湾地区分别在当地的专利申请情况,以及在美国的专利申请及授权情况。分析结果表明:韩国地区内专利申请增长速度和波动幅度均高于台湾;韩国和台湾在美国的专利申请比其他国家更积极;韩国的专利申请率在10%左右波动,而台湾由于直接进行美国专利申请的比例较高．所以专利申请率大干100%;韩国和台湾在美国的专利授权量逐年稳步增加, 1997年以后韩国的专利授权率明显好于台湾;韩国专利申请率主要受三星公司的影响,而台湾主要受专利申请量影响。借鉴韩国和台湾的经验,文章对我国大陆地区专利活动的开展提出了几点建议。

The paper analyzed development trends of patent activities of South Korea and Taiwari by using statistical duta, including the number of patent applications, number of patents granted respectively in their own regions and the United States from 1988 to 2003, The results are followed： （1） Both local patent application growth and fluctuation rates in South Korea were higher than those in Taiwan; （2） South Korea and Taiwan were more active than any other regions on patenting in the USA; （3） South Korea＇s patent application rate fluctuated around 10%, and the application rate of Taiwan was more than 100% since Taiwan Residents leaned to conduct patenting in the USA; （4） Patent grant quantities of South Korea and Taiwan in the USA grew steadily after 1997, and the patent grant rate in South Korea had become obviously higher than that in Taiwan; （5） Korea＇s patent application rate was maiuly affected by SAMSUNG. and Taiwan＇s patent application rate was related with the ournber of its patent applications. Finally, the article made some suggestions on the patent activity and policy in China.
