摘要
野油菜黄单胞菌（Ｘａｎｔｈｏｍｏｎａｓｃａｍｐｅｓｔｒｉｓ）Ｌ４在两吨发酵罐中，以蔗糖为底物发酵７２ｈ，发酵液粘度达到６０００～１２０００ｃｐ，转化率平均达到６２．４５％。
Xanthan production from sucrose by Xanthomonas campestris L4 was carried out in afermente with a capacity of two tons.At 72h after inoculation,the viscosity of fermented broth reachedto 600～12000cp.The conversion rate of added sucrose was about 62.45% in average of 5 batches.
