摘要
研究了在密闭的转轴固态发酵罐中,以麸皮等农林纤维为主要原料生产纤维素酶的过程中,固态培养基水活度aw的影响因数及其变化;以及在其它工艺参数不变的情况下,不同培养基水活度aw对纤维素酶生长和产酶的影响。结果表明,密闭的转轴固态发酵罐能起到一定的保湿效果,在培养过程中通入加湿无菌空气,能起到维持培养基水活度aw在一定的有效范围内,在密闭的转轴固态发酵罐中培养纤维素酶,最适培养基水活度aw为0.7。
Influencing factors and the change of the water activity aw of solid state culture medium by using agricultural by products and forest fiber such as bran to produce cellulase in closed rotating axis solid state fermentation bioreactor is introduced in the paper, and it also introduces the effect of aw on the microbial growth and the production of the cellulase. The results showed that the closed rotating axis solid state fermentation bioreactor can retain humidity, it can keep the water activity of solid state culture medium within effective limits when ventilating the medium with sterile humid air, and the optimal aw is 0.7 when producing cellulase in the closed rotating axis solid state fermentation bioreactor.
