摘要
利用壳聚糖(CTS)与香草醛合成改性壳聚糖席夫碱衍生物(VCG),将其滴涂在玻碳电极表面成膜,通过吸附富集电子介体Fe(CN)63-,使其固定在电极表面,用循环伏安法研究了Fe(CN)63-/VCG/GC修饰电极对抗坏血酸的电催化作用。在pH6.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,氧化峰电流与抗坏血酸浓度在7.0×10-6~4.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9966,检测限达到2.0×10-7mol/L。用于样品测定,结果较为满意。
Chitosan reacts with vanillin aldehyde by schiff's base reaction in water, and a polymer product of VCG can be prepared, Glass carbon electrode was coated with VCG by drop-coating method, Then, its electrocatalysis effect on the oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) by hexacyanoferrate in the film was investigated. Experimental results showed that VCG modified electrode could reduce the oxidation overpo - tential of AA at pH6.0 phosphate buffer solution, the peak current of oxidation was proportional to the concentration of AA and a good linear relation from 7×10^-6 to 4×10^-3 mol/L (r=0.9966) with a detection limit of 2.0×10^-7 mol/L was obtained. The method has been applied to determine AA in some samples, and satisfactory results were obtained.
