摘要
人类对红曲霉的应用源于我国古代,但直到20世纪70年代才发现它在药用方面惊人的潜在价值。如今,它的多种高药用活性的次级代谢产物都相继被发现、利用,成为国内外学者研究的热点。本文综合概述了红曲霉的各种特点以及其主要次级代谢产物应用研究的进展。
The application of Monascus is originated in ancient China, and the strain's prodigious value in medical field had not been discovered until 1970s. Nowadays, many physiological active secondary metabolites of Monascus have been discovered and used in industry. And they are becoming hot topics all over the world. This article reviews some of the Monascus' biological characteristics and its main applications.
