摘要 研制出了一种可用于商品玉米中水分、蛋白质、脂肪和淀粉含量现场快速检测的便携式短波近红外分析仪;讨论了仪器各部件的结构和性能,通过现场检测商品玉米及与国家标准方法测定结果的比较研究,证明该仪器对玉米中水分、蛋白质、脂肪的测定误差不大于0.5%,对淀粉的测定误差小于1.5%,表明该仪器已达到在现场进行准确、快速检测的要求。 A kind of portable short-wave near infrared spectrometer, Model SWNLR-100 Corn Component Fast Analyzer, is developed, which can measure moisture, protein, oil and starch in commercial tom samples without any pretreatment. Each part of them and: their performance are introduced. The analyzer has been applied to analyze commercial corn on-site and the results were compared with that obtained with GB methods of China. Furthermore, the analytical error caused by the analyzer is no more than 0.5% for determining moisture, protein and oil, and is less than 1.5% for starch. The performance of the analyzer shows it meets the requirement for an accurate and quick analysis on-site.
