摘要
本着前车之鉴,后车之师的精神,对使用十年之久,刚被修订的国际标准方法中一直存在的系统误差,通过科学实验进行解析,从中得到的启示和警示会对标准的使用、修订和制订有促进作用。
In a spirit of learning from experiences, experiments were conducted for the analysis of systematic errors existing in the international standard for 10 years, which offered us some helpful ideas for further employing, revising and drafting of standard methods.
