摘要
采用DNA杂交技术,用32P标记的探针检测重组白细胞介素2制品的外源DNA残余量。设三个水平:25个剂量、15个剂量、5个剂量。结果提示该方法是一种敏感有效的检测方法,其最小用样量为5个剂量单位。这为新制品检测方法的建立提供依据。
The technique of DNA hybridization was applied to detect exogenous residual DNA in rIL-2 productrs with 32 P as a probe. There were three levels:25 doses, 15 doses and 5 doses, in this test. The result showed the method was a sensitive and effective way, and the smallest doses of sample was 5 doses.It provides a basis for establishing method to detect a kind of new product
