摘要
气缸活塞在真空背压作用下受吸运动,活塞销和连杆的质量是依次连接的这一现状,决定了活塞的速度将呈阶梯式变化。基于此,本文提出了一种在不拆卸柴油机运动组件的情况下即可测量连杆轴瓦间隙的新方法,进而自行研发了具体检测系统。一批同型号柴油机相关间隙进行的测量,显现了该方法的快捷便利,精准有效。该方法切实可行,已得到推广。
When the piston moves under the sucking action of vacuum, its velocity changes by step way, for the piston pin and rod are connected in turn, and so are their masses. This gives us full inspiration to a new method of measuring the clearance between bush sleeves and diesel engine rod with no need of disassembling the whole diesel moving parts. Thus the specifically-designed measurement system comes into being, whose equipment and discipline details are given in this paper. And it has proven to be convenient and effective by a series of concrete tests based on different types of diesel engines. It is well recognized that our proposed method is of great significance which is in the navy practiee now.
