以太网交换机是Internet的主要互连设备,本文提出了1种基于MPC8260通信处理芯片网络通信平台的整体架构,介绍了在该平台上以太网二层交换机的具体硬件实现和以嵌入式实时操作系统VxWorks为基础的软件设计。

Ethernet switch is an important inter-connector of the Internet. This paper gives the presentation of the whole design scheme of a network communication platform based on MPCB260; and introduces the concrete hardware implementation and software design of the Layer 2 Switch based on this platform and real time embedded operation system VxWorks.
