摘要
针对测试点的设置情况以及各SRU间的信号控制关系,分析了测试项目与SRU的关联关系,给出了从测试结果推导SRU故障的逻辑关系式。最后根据自动测试系统的故障诊断需求,提出了故障字典数据库的结构和数据格式,并简要介绍了故障推理的实现过程。该方法中故障字典的设计可直接根据UUT的工作原理和测试点的设置情况进行,不需要大量的故障实例,是工程中容易实现的自动故障诊断方法。该方法已经应用到机载电子设备的故障诊断中,故障隔离率和虚警率都达到了设计要求。
According as the position of test point and control mode between SRUs, the association relationship between test items and SRU is analyzed, and the logic formula is given. At last According to the fault diagnosis requirement of ATS, the data format and structure of fault dictionary database are proposed, and the fault reasoning procedure is introduced. In this method UUT fault examples are not needed in designing fault dictionary, so it can be easily realized. This method has been applied in a fault diagnosis system, both fault isolation rate and false alarm rate are all meet the needs of system.
