穿透裂纹薄板拉伸强度影响参数的有限元分析(英文)

摘要 对穿透裂纹薄板拉伸强度的影响参数进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,具有穿透裂纹的薄板的拉伸强度受到板的材料屈服强度、泊松比,裂纹长度、开裂角度、开裂位置,板的长宽比、厚度,边界加载条件以及有限元分析网格精度的影响。文中给出了这些因素的影响曲线以及考虑影响参数的穿透裂纹薄板拉伸强度经验计算公式。 The strength of through-thickness cracked plates are examined and a parametric finite element analysis is carried out using FE analysis package ANSYS.It is convinced by the parametric FE analysis that the ultimate tensile strength can be affected by parameters including material properties as yield stress and Poisson's ratio,crack characteristics as crack length, crack angle and crack position represented by two eccentric ratios,the plate's geometrical dimensions as plate thickness and aspect ratio,the boundary loading conditions of uniform stress and constant displacement and also the mesh refining order.
