摘要
本文介绍了采用气相色谱法用HP-5毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯为内标物,氢火焰离子化检测器对苯醚甲环唑.丙环唑乳油进行定量分析。结果表明,苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑的线性相关系数为1.000 0、0.999 9;平均回收率为99.87%、99.98%;标准偏差为0.12、0.04;变异系数为0.82%、0.28%。
A gas chromatographic method for quantitative analysis of difenoconazole.propiconazole EC using a HP-5 capillary column and dioctyl phthalate as internal standard was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients were 1.000 0, 0.999 9, the average recoveries were 99.87%, 99.98%; the standard deviations were 0.12, 0.04; the RSD were 0.82%, 0.28% respectively.
