单晶1×N电光开关的优化设计

摘要 对基于双折射双反射的单晶集成1×N电光开关进行了分析,提出了该种1×N电光开关的构成条件是发生两相邻反射的反射面必须互相垂直,并对晶体的结构进行了优化,使接收端易于接收输出的光信号.同时充分考虑了晶体尺寸的选择,以免光从不希望的界面上逸出,从而有助于单晶集成1×N电光开关的实用化. A configuration of electro-optic 1 × N switch integrated in a single slab of LiNbO3 is analyzed. Then the requirement for this new type of 1 × N switch is found to be that the interface for k + 1 th reflection must be perpendicular to the interface for k th reflection. And a simple modification can be taken to obtain a good arrangement with output positions for receiving output signals. Additionally, selection of crystal size is discussed to avoid the input signal walking off. An experimental 1 ×4 switch is demonstrated, too.
