评标是招标工作中最关键的环节.综述性地介绍了国内常用的评标方法与电力系统评标方法的运用情况及其在使用中需要注意的问题,指出任何一种方法都只有在有序、规范、完善的环境下才能行之有效.

Bid evaluation is the most critical step in bid invitation program. The paper summarizes such bid evaluation methods as commonly used in China in general and the bid evaluation mentods as applied in the power industry in particular; tips on the problems likely to arise in the course of the application of the methods are also offered. It is held that only in orderly, standardized and ideal conditions can a method be expected to turn out a desired effect.
