摘要
北京某砖混结构办公大楼存在超高、超层、墙体平面不闭合、L平面肢长伸出过长以及楼板裂缝等问题,还需考虑地基或原有基础是否需要加固。工程主要通过改变结构抗震体系的方法进行抗震加固,如采取增设剪力墙、防震缝等措施。办公楼加固后已使用5年,性能良好。该抗震加固方法可供类似工程参考。
There are some problems existed in a brick structure office building in Beijing, including ultra-limited height and layers, unclosed walls, overlong length of L-shape plane and slab crack. Whether the ground soil and the basement should be strengthened is also considered. The structure is strengthened with the method of changing the anti-seismic structural system. The measures such as adding shear walls and setting shockproof joint are adopted. The reinforced building has served well for five years. The method can be referred in the similar engineering.
