摘要
现行规范的建筑结构扭转不规则判别指标———楼层的最大弹性水平位移与该楼层两端弹性水平平均位移的比值不能很好地反映结构扭转不规则的程度。建议改用刚性楼板假定下的楼层转角界定结构扭转不规则的程度。该转角值取1/16 000,1/8 000及1/4 000可作为框架结构,1/24 000,1/12 000及1/6 000可作为框架-剪力墙结构,1/32 000,1/16 000及1/8 000可作为剪力墙结构扭转不规则、特别不规则及严重不规则的判别界限。
Current judgement index of tomional irregularity for building structure-the ratio of floors' maximum elastic displacement to average displacement of two ends of the floor can not reflect structure torsional irregularity exactly. The floor torsional angle as the hypothesis of floor slab rigidity is suggested to be the judgement index of torsional irregularity. The angle values which are 1/16 000,1/8 000 and 1/4 000 for the frame structure, 1/24 000,1/12 000 and 1/6 000 for the frame-shear wall structure, and 1/32 000,1/16 000 and 1/8 000 for the shear wall structure, are suggested as judgement limits of structure torsional irregularity, special-irregularity and serious-irregularlty.
