摘要
某住宅楼由于地基浸水湿陷发生不均匀沉降裂缝事故。介绍了该事故的检测鉴定、地基加固方法选择、坑式静压桩托换加固方案设计和地基加固施工情况,并在试验数据的基础上指出了用坑式静压桩法托换加固地基基础存在的桩顶压力滞后的问题。
Cracks in walls of a residential building are found, aroused by the differential settlement of the collapsible loess groundsill. The detection and appraisal on cracks, the selection of strengthening method, the designing and constructing d static pile underpinning are introduced. Basing on the testing date, it is indicated that the pressure of the pile' s top lags after the construction of the static pile.
