胎儿卵巢组织移植治疗卵巢性闭经的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评价胎儿卵巢组织移植治疗卵巢性闭经的价值。方法:收集孕20周-24周治疗性引产女性胎儿标本,获取卵巢,经程序冷冻后保存,使用前快速复温,加入RPM1640培养液进行组织培养。2003年3月至2003年8月共有3例自愿受试者在我院接受了胎儿卵巢组织移植术,其中1例为卵巢功能不良,1例为先天性卵巢发育不全,另1例为双侧卵巢切除术。结果:胎儿卵巢组织冻存后快速复温,伊红染料排斥试验检测活细胞率可达到84.5%;组织培养后卵原细胞有成熟表现,部分生长为初级卵泡。卵巢组织移植后,2倒有自体卵巢患者有周期性月经来潮,其中1例术后第4个月可观察到规则排卵。1例双侧卵巢切除患者潮热症状改善,雌激素水平上升,但不能迭到生育年龄水平,月经周期未能恢复。结论:胎儿卵巢组织移植可有效的治疗卵巢内分泌功能不足。 OBJECTIVE : To assess the effects of fetal ovarian tissue transplantation on ovarian amenorrhea, METHODS : Fetal ovary of theraputic abortion at 20 to 24 weeks of gestation was collected, which was saved by procedural fall temperature technique and cultured in RPM1640 after freeze - thawing. From January 2003 to August 2003, three cases were subjected to fetal ovarian tissue transplantation in our hospital. The indication included ovarian dysfunction (1 cases), ovarian dysgenesis (1 case) and bilateral salpingo - oophorectomy (1 case). RESULTS:The rate of living cells of the ovarian tissue was 85.4 % after freezing preservation. The processes of germ cellular growth and development was observed in eulture. Part of oogonia grew up primary follicles. After transplantation, the menstrual cycle recoved in 2 patients with auto - ovary and regularity ovulation was viewed in 1 cases of them. The menstrual cycle did not recove in the patient of bilateral salpingo - oophorectomy, but the level of E2 was higher than before transplantation and the quality of life was significantly improved. CONCLUSION:Fetal ovarian tissue transplantation is an effective treatment for patients with ovarian amenorrhea.
