诱发母兔定时分娩以提高仔兔成活率的研究

Experience of Inducing Labor at Expected Time in Rabbits

诱发母兔定时分娩,一般在母兔妊娠第30天的10:00～16:00进行,视母兔外阴水肿及颜色而定。诱发当天一早根据预产母兔数将初生1～8d的仔兔取出放入仔兔箱中备用,每箱3～5只,母兔胸腹部拔毛处理后让仔兔吮乳5min,通常在拔毛吮乳处理后半小时内发生分娩,有效率高达97％左右,仔兔离乳成活率达95％。上述方法解决了养兔生产实践中的一大难题,经济效益显著。

In order to avoid the deliveries of rabbits at night that always give rise to losses due to negligent postpartum care,the author recommended a method of inducing labor in parturient rabbits at daytime by depilating their chest and abdominal wall and introducing 3 - 5 sucklings of 1 - 8 day -old to the doe to suck her breast for 5 min. Generally labor would take place within l/2h in about 97% of the does after above treatment. The survival rate of the litters reached 96%.
