摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法,分析了Zmu1:DHP豚鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、骨骼肌、红细胞和血清的LDH及SOD同工酶,对LDH同工酶谱作了光密度扫描,计算出各同工酶组分的相对活力及不同组织和血清LDH中A、B亚基的含量。Zmu1:DHP豚鼠肝中缺乏DHP豚鼠和其他实验动物肝中普遍存在的LDH5组分,多数组织中LDHB亚基含量呈不同程度提高。Zmu1:DHP豚鼠各组织和血清的SOD同工酶呈多带分布。SOD1和SOD2为共有酶带。
Lactate dehydrogenase and superoxide dismutase isoenzymes in tissues of the heart, liver,spleen,lung,kidney,skeletal muscle, red blood cell and serum of Zmu1:DHP guinea pig were analysed with PAGE. The results revealed that LDH 5 was absent in the liver and the contents of LDH B subunit in most tissues were increased in varying degrees, and the SOD from different tissues and serum were appeared in multiband distribution on the electrophoretic pattern. Both SOD 1,and SOD 2 were the common bands in the zymograms for all the sampled tissues.
