摘要
通过对企业多样性的分析,解释和谐企业的应有之义;并从造势、制度、机制、考核等角度分析人力资源管理在和谐管理中的作用。提出企业高层的和谐是企业和谐的第一要素的概念,提出了以企业生存和发展为基础的大和谐观。
The article explains the meaning of "harmony" . Through the analysis of enterprises' diversity, the meaning of "harmonious enterprises" can be understood better. The article also analyses the function of human resources management in " harmonious management" from different angles of inspiring, system, mechanism, assess and so on. The harmony between senior managers is the first dement to harmonious enterprises. A new view of harmony based on the subsistence and development of enterprises has been put forward.
