摘要
从20世纪80年代职业倦怠的研究开始延伸到教学领域起,直至90年代中期以来,倦怠已经成为世界范围内教育领域的突出问题。本文试图从教师职业倦怠概念的界定、教师职业倦怠的表现、影响因素、产生的原因、缓解的对策等方面对以往研究进行整理,并对教师职业倦怠研究的未来发展进行展望。
The research on teacher burnout has extended in the field of teaching since 1980s, and has been of the promient problems in the world until the midde of 1990s. The definition presentation influencing factors, reasons and counter measures relating to teacher burnout have been illustrated and its future prospect developnent has been predicte in this article.
