Simple Spinner Bottle with Rotating Basket Packed by Carriers for Hydridoma Cell Culture

摘要 通常杂交瘤细胞是悬浮培养在扁瓶或搅拌瓶中,其培养的细胞浓度和抗体的产量都不高。大量生产单克隆抗体则要依靠各种细胞培养器、中空纤维、微胶囊、固定化细胞和连续灌注等系统,但这些系统设计复杂,技术要求高,价格昂贵,效果不一。最近Wang G等人采用园片状聚脂载体(Fibra- r-69B is a nouse-mouse hybridoma cell, producing monoclonal antibody IgG against buman r-IFN. It was cultured in 1. OL spinner bottle which was assembled rotating basket packed by 8. 0g Fibra-Cel carries for 21 days, The agitation was 100r/min. In the bottle the cell concentration and MAb was about one time more than suspension culture. The spinner botlle was assembled simply and used in general laboratory. Also it could be used for different cells, including anchorage dependent and independent cells.
