土地管理部门传统的建设用地数据管理模式已远不能满足当前实际需要,存在数据重复、丢失,管理混乱的问题;本文主要介绍南京市江宁区建设用地数据建库系统的建立情况,探讨了土地管理部门中建设用地数据的管理和维护问题,对整个国土行业的信息化建设具有参考意义。

The traditional method for land resources management couldn＇t satisfy the necessary of current situation. There are some problems such as data repeat, data lost, and chaos management. The article mainly explains how the information system is set up in Jiangning, and depended on that the author discusses the management and maintenance of the building-land data. That has some reference value for the whole land management fields.
